VBT is a NFP (Network Facilities Provider) and NSP (Network Services Provider) License Holder. 

Access Reference Document (ARD) 

Following the issuance of the Ministerial Direction to determine a Mandatory Standard on Access (MSA), the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission issued the MSA Determination. As part of this directive VBT maintains the Access Reference Document.

Reference Access Offer (RAO) 

The RAO is compliant with subsection 5.3.3 of the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access (Determination No.3 of 2016). 

The RAO consists of the minimum terms and conditions consistent with the rights and obligations set out in the Mandatory Standard on Access (MSA) for the Access or Interconnection purposes between VBT and the Access Seeker.
